Understanding Segment Chat:
Talk to a subset of your target audience with Panoplai's Segment Chat—easily filter data to engage specific groups, like women aged 55-64 who spend $500+ on holiday shopping, for example.
How to Get Started:
Use filters to define your segment. Click on the person icon on the right side of the dashboard in the app. Select the audience you want to filter it down to. Once decided, click on the desired segment. If more than one filter is desired, hold: shift, command, and click on desired segment.
Then go into AI Conversations → Create new. Check off the box "include only filtered responses."Name your segment and start chatting!
